Four things I prioritize

Accessibility as a First Principle

Sighted or not, mouse or screen-reader — everyone experiences the web completely. Accessible markup is non-negotiable from line one of development.

Performance Budget Discipline

No bloated bundles, zero layout-shift, and carefully optimized render strategies. A slow portal is equivalent to an inactive portal.

Config-Driven Design

Do not hardcode content structures. Hardcode rules, models, and robust schema, then let structured JSON feed the UI engine.

AI-Augmented Velocity

Utilizing custom LLM assistants to fast-track boilerplate scaffolding, automated testing, and comprehensive validation.

My Story

17 years at Infosys Limited, all of it staffed on frontend-critical client engagements for banks, insurers, and healthcare systems. My focus has stayed the same across every one: architecture a team can build on for years, not a page that works today — micro frontends over monoliths, configuration over hardcoded templates, and AI-assisted engineering practices standardized so the whole team ships faster, not just me.
